Sephora Customer Experience Manager, interim contract (12–18 months) in St. Bruno, Quebec. Lead team and drive store performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Train and develop beauty advisors through orientation and training sessions aligned with Sephora's sales model
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback via Medallia, in-store assistance, and in-person interactions
- Assume the Customer Experience Manager role as needed and engage on the sales floor
- Manage team performance evaluations, deliver timely feedback, and follow up on performance improvements
- Ensure visual merchandising compliance and maintain organization of the sales area
- Manage demonstrator inventory, reconfigurations, and restocking
- Collaborate with brand representatives to ensure training quality and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of management experience in sales, beauty, service, or equivalent internal role
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams toward achievement of objectives
- Strong capacity to manage difficult conversations with confidence
- Proven track record developing high-performing teams and coaching talent
- Excellent communication and influence skills
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel

Experience
2 to 4 years of management experience in sales, beauty, service, or equivalent internal position, demonstrating the ability to lead teams, drive results, and develop talent in a retail or service environment.
