Sephora Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) in Melbourne, Australia – temporary fixed-term role through January 2027 with potential extension.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service by listening to and understanding individual beauty needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits across all beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments
- Guide customers through Sephora's loyalty programme and benefits
- Maintain product knowledge of leading brands and new arrivals through continuous learning
- Perform point-of-sale transactions and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Work flexibly across key trading times including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers and team members
- Full availability throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive
- Availability across key trading times including late-night and weekend shifts
