Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage quantitative studies, including briefing, planning, and coordination with internal clients.
  • Draft questionnaires and program them using internal study tools.
  • Send and track email communications to clients.
  • Process data and create reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analyze results and formulate recommendations.
  • Participate in oral presentations of study results.
  • Monitor and analyze omnichannel satisfaction barometer results, compiling monthly reports and specific summaries as needed.

Qualifications

  • Interest in retail, beauty, and cosmetics industries.
  • Familiarity with consumer studies and qualitative/quantitative methodologies.
  • Currently pursuing or completed a Bac +4/5 degree in consumer studies or marketing.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and writing skills. Professional proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written. Organizational and meticulous attention to detail. Curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore topics in depth. Dynamic and comfortable with public speaking, possessing strong interpersonal skills.

Experience

Beginner level experience in consumer insights or related fields.

Education

Pursuing or completed Bac +4/5 in consumer studies or marketing.
