Sephora is seeking a Customer and Market Insights Assistant for a six-month internship starting in January 2027 in La Défense. The role supports quantitative research and customer satisfaction tracking across Europe and the Middle East, working with internal teams on customer experience, loyalty, services, retail activations, and Sephora Collection product innovation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate quantitative studies with internal teams.
- Draft and program questionnaires.
- Send survey emails to customers and monitor responses.
- Process data and prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analyze results and formulate recommendations.
- Participate in oral presentations of study results.
- Record monthly customer satisfaction levels and share them with teams across Europe and the Middle East.
- Review and analyze customer comments to identify strengths and friction points.
Qualifications
- Interest in retail and the cosmetics industry.
- Familiarity with consumer research and qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written French and English.
- Organized and rigorous, with curiosity and a willingness to explore topics in depth.
- Dynamic, comfortable speaking in public, and able to build strong working relationships.
