Sephora, Neuilly-sur-Seine | CRM Project Manager (CDI, Full-Time, Hybrid) — Lead omnichannel customer communication strategy and campaign optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement omnichannel CRM contact plans (SMS, email, push, print) that balance promotional, editorial, and relational messaging while managing commercial pressure and budget allocation
- Drive CRM performance improvements through personalization initiatives, optimization testing, and implementation of new tools; analyze campaign metrics and establish continuous improvement recommendations
- Ensure operational excellence of CRM campaigns by coordinating with European regional teams, implementing central guidelines, sharing best practices, and managing stakeholder relationships across estore, legal, finance, product, supply, creative agencies, and routing partners
- Design and deploy localized campaign communications based on store performance and activity metrics to deliver optimal customer experience
- Lead cross-functional projects, inspire internal teams to adopt CRM initiatives, and maintain strict adherence to timelines and budgets
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Marketing, or equivalent university-level qualification
- Minimum 3–5 years of CRM experience in retail and digital environments
