Sephora CRM Project Assistant internship in Neuilly-sur-Seine; six-month placement managing customer engagement campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage operational execution of commercial CRM campaigns (email, SMS, app push) including plan development, timeline coordination, and cross-departmental briefing
- Collect information from various departments and prepare comprehensive creative briefs for internal and external agencies
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (legal, merchandising, e-commerce, retail) and external partners (creative agencies, email service providers)
- Execute campaign targeting, validate creative assets (BATs), and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Produce and present weekly KPI reporting and consolidate monthly performance dashboards
- Support VIP customer activation initiatives and oversee gifting operations coordination with suppliers and in-store distribution
- Conduct competitive analysis and optimization studies to drive continuous improvement of CRM communications
- Design and execute A/B testing and tool optimization projects to enhance personalization and response metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent discipline
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
