Sephora is hiring a CRM Intern in Milan — entry-level role supporting lifecycle campaigns, loyalty (MyClient) and CRM reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse CRM campaign performance through detailed reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Conduct monthly audits of automated CRM processes to ensure continuity and accuracy.
  • Generate and manage unique promotional codes and support loyalty promotional initiatives.
  • Contribute to the revamp and optimisation of customer communications across channels.
  • Prepare and analyse weekly customer recruitment reports and support targeted acquisition actions.
  • Support development and execution of recruitment communication strategies.
  • Provide store-level support for the MyClient application and manage related enquiries.
  • Prepare monthly programme effectiveness reports and oversee promotional activity for loyalty members.
  • Track gift card inventory and performance metrics and ensure timely upload of weekly communications to the intranet.
  • Assist with monthly cost order processing, budget tracking and creation of the monthly CRM dashboard.
  • Provide logistical support for CRM-related events and internal team initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Customer- and client-focused orientation with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
  • Problem-solving attitude, proactivity and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with stores and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English; ability to work in a hybrid model based in Milan.

Experience
