Role & Responsibilities
- Support the build and execution of email and app campaigns, including briefing, testing, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with trade, marketing, and brand guidelines.
- Assist in the setup and quality assurance of lifecycle and automated customer journeys.
- Prepare A/B tests, gather results, and support reporting activities.
- Monitor performance dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.
- Learn and utilize key CRM tools and platforms to personalize customer experiences.
- Support the development of emerging channels such as SMS and push notifications.
- Coordinate day-to-day team activities to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
- Stay informed about CRM trends and best practices, contributing fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in CRM, digital marketing, or data-driven communication.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in CRM or digital marketing is preferred.
