Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering product consultations and recommendations.
- Complete foundational training and exams at Sephora University, participate in brand and regional training, and acquire comprehensive product knowledge.
- Prepare product displays in assigned areas and maintain cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
