Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
  • Participate in and complete Sephora University training and exams, as well as brand and regional training sessions.
  • Manage product displays in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining stock balance.
