Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and exams, as well as brand and regional training sessions.
- Manage product displays in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining stock balance.
