Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering product advice and selection to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in designated areas.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
