Sephora Canada in Vancouver seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalised client consultations and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, client-focused beauty consultations and product recommendations to drive conversion and repeat visits.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques and in-store services to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and product mix optimisation.
  • Support merchandising, inventory replenishment and visual standards to maintain an attractive, organized selling floor.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive in-store environment while adhering to company policies, loss-prevention and safety standards.
  • Maintain availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a beauty-focused environment with proven customer service skills.
  • Genuine passion for beauty trends, products and client empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Reliable availability and punctuality to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time scheduling.
  • Physically capable of performing retail duties, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics or makeup certification is an asset.
