Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by adhering to company guidelines for appearance and uniform, offering advice and product selection to customers.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and regional training sessions.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Perform cashier duties following standard procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
