Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and exams, as well as brand and regional training sessions.
- Manage product displays in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exemplary customer service awareness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour shifts per day.
