Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Achieve individual sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organised store environment.
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
