Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations and product recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and in-store training sessions to gain product knowledge.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in designated areas.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist store management in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.

No specific experience required, but a passion for the beauty industry and customer service is essential.

Compensation
