Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
  • Participate in and complete Sephora University training and various brand and regional training sessions.
  • Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Perform cashier duties following standard procedures.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
