Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products while adhering to company grooming and uniform standards.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University basic training, brand and regional training sessions, and in-store training.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in assigned areas.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, with two days off per week.
