Sephora Corporate Events Manager — San Francisco (hybrid). Lead internal and external event production across the Americas.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of small to medium-scale live, virtual and hybrid internal events across the Americas.
  • Manage events from concept through completion and contribute to larger multi-day conferences and field programs.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to align events with business objectives and brand standards.
  • Own event logistics including timelines, budgets, registration, travel, hotels, production and staffing.
  • Source, negotiate, contract and manage vendors and venues while maintaining budget accountability.
  • Oversee onsite execution, including management of event staff, volunteers and production schedules; troubleshoot and mitigate risks in real time.
  • Coordinate pre-production planning, run‑of‑show development and internal alignment meetings.
  • Deliver post-event reporting including budget reconciliation, attendance data, survey insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of corporate or agency event production experience.
  • 3–4 years producing small to medium-scale conferences end-to-end.
  • 2+ years producing virtual or hybrid events.
  • Proven budget management experience with programs ranging from $50,000 to $1,000,000.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and demonstrated experience with event management and virtual event platforms.
