Corporate Controlling Lead at Sephora Milano—temporary role in Finance. EUR 43,000 annually. Hybrid work.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support to all departments through financial analysis and reporting
- Analyze promotion performance metrics throughout the fiscal year
- Participate directly in monthly closing procedures and forecasting processes
- Manage reporting submissions to headquarters with timely completion
- Prepare monthly closing analyses for each department, documenting variances against budget with actionable commentary and alerts
- Contribute to monthly dashboard preparation for Board review
- Cultivate and disseminate financial acumen across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of professional experience in controlling, financial planning, and analysis
- Strong grasp of financial reporting principles and methodologies
- Demonstrated proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Retail industry experience (preferred)
