Sephora Singapore seeks Corporate Communications Manager to lead strategic PR, media relations, and digital content initiatives. Full-time, hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute high-impact internal and external communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Draft press releases, executive talking points, key messages, and corporate collateral with meticulous attention to quality
- Build and maintain relationships with local and regional media; identify and manage proactive PR and profiling opportunities
- Create compelling presentation decks and produce short-form digital and social content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Oversee corporate projects, internal activations, and events from conception through execution
- Partner cross-functionally with departments to align messaging and deliver targeted communication support
- Leverage AI and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Slido, Mentimeter, Headliner, Gemini) to enhance productivity and creative output
- Maintain absolute discretion on sensitive corporate matters and confidential information
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of corporate communications experience within an agency or multinational corporation
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related discipline
- Proven expertise in public relations, marketing, executive profiling, project management, and event management
- Impeccable written and spoken English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong familiarity with digital and AI content creation tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Existing local or regional media connections strongly preferred
Skills
Experience
5–7 years of relevant corporate communications experience gained within an agency and/or multinational corporation setting. Regional experience within Southeast Asia or Asia Pacific is a strong advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
