Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily operations of the corner, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Implement and monitor retail strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Coordinate with brand partners to optimize product displays and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
- Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in sales KPIs and results-oriented.
- High level of English and/or other languages is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics sector.
