Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the corner team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Foster a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience managing teams in retail or cosmetics.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
- Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a retail or cosmetics environment, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
