Sephora is seeking a Corner Manager for its ECI Jaime III location in Palma De Mallorca. This role involves leading store operations, driving sales through effective KPI management, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in retail team management, preferably within the cosmetics sector, and possess strong leadership skills. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the corner store operations at ECI Jaime III in Mallorca.
- Oversee and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating environment for the team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
- Proven track record in retail, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
- Proficiency in English and/or other languages is an advantage.

Experience
At least 1 year of experience in managing retail teams, with a preference for experience in the cosmetics sector.
