Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily operations of the corner at ECI Puerto Banús.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Drive retail projects with a focus on expansion and growth.
- Foster a dynamic and engaging work environment.
- Implement onboarding and training programs for new staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management.
- Proven track record in retail or cosmetics sector.
- Strong ability to manage KPIs and sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and/or other languages is an advantage.
