Sephora is hiring a Corner Manager in Lyngby, Denmark to lead the Magasin store corner, drive sales and coach a beauty retail team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the Sephora corner within Magasin Lyngby, ensuring a seamless customer experience and adherence to brand standards.
  • Recruit, coach and motivate a small retail team; conduct product training and performance reviews to maximise sales conversion and staff engagement.
  • Drive sales and KPIs through active selling, clienteling and targeted in‑corner initiatives.
  • Execute visual merchandising and product presentation standards to optimise assortment and promotional displays.
  • Manage stock levels, replenishment, loss prevention and basic administrative/operational tasks in coordination with the Area Manager.
  • Maintain high standards of client service, handling escalations and ensuring an inclusive, professional in‑store environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail experience, ideally within beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail.
  • Proven leadership ability with experience coaching and developing sales staff toward measurable objectives.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for beauty products and an eye for merchandising.
  • Results‑oriented, energetic and able to work operationally on the shop floor.

Experience
