Sephora Corner Manager, Fribourg, Switzerland – permanent full-time retail leadership role managing beauty counter operations and team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and coach the retail team, conducting career reviews and performance evaluations
- Embody the Sephora brand values and culture, serving as a role model to the team
- Drive achievement of monthly and annual sales targets and year-on-year revenue growth
- Analyse retail performance indicators and implement targeted commercial actions to continuously improve store performance
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensure timely execution of promotional displays and in-store activations
- Guarantee excellence in customer service and ensure the team prioritises the customer experience
- Oversee complete inventory management, including receiving, storage, markdowns, returns, and tester management
Qualifications

- Demonstrable comfort and enthusiasm for client-facing interaction and employee development

- Strong hands-on, field-driven approach with active floor presence
- Basic proficiency in SAP and Excel
