Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the corner team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Drive retail projects with a focus on expansion and growth.
  • Foster a dynamic and enjoyable work environment.
  • Participate in professional development and onboarding programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management.
  • Proven track record in retail or cosmetics sector.
  • Proficiency in managing sales KPIs and results-oriented.
  • High level of English proficiency and/or other languages is desirable.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics industry.
