Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the corner team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Drive retail projects with a focus on expansion and growth.
- Foster a dynamic and enjoyable work environment.
- Participate in professional development and onboarding programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management.
- Proven track record in retail or cosmetics sector.
- Proficiency in managing sales KPIs and results-oriented.
- High level of English proficiency and/or other languages is desirable.

Experience
At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics industry.
