Role & Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and employees, including conducting career appraisals.
- Record and manage team attendance and sick notes.
- Induct new employees and organize training courses.
- Implement floor management and act as a role model for Sephora's values.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and analyze retail key figures.
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Create and communicate sales reports and ensure store profitability.
- Deliver excellent customer service and evaluate customer feedback.
- Create staff schedules and coordinate daily staff deployment.
- Implement inventories and manage goods from receipt to storage.
- Ensure proper store opening and closing procedures.
- Participate in retail projects and maintain partner relationships.
Qualifications
- Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
- At least 4-5 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Previous management and team leadership experience.
