Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of construction projects including new store openings, remodelings, refurbishments, and relocations across the Greece and Balkans region
- Supervise external architect offices and contractors, ensuring adherence to Sephora's brand standards and project timelines
- Conduct regular site visits, quality checks, and comprehensive progress reporting
- Direct the bidding process for construction, maintenance, and cleaning services, evaluating proposals and coordinating contract awards
- Establish scopes of work and vendor performance management through KPIs, audits, and regular reviews
- Identify and pursue cost efficiencies while maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in facilities management, construction, or project management, ideally within the retail sector
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, construction methodologies, and vendor management practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different countries and time zones
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
