Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of store construction, renovation, and enhancement projects, ensuring adherence to brand image and guidelines.
- Manage project scope, budget, and timelines for store openings, remodelings, and closures.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers throughout the construction process.
- Oversee technical due diligence, design drafts, and compliance with local regulations.
- Advise on preliminary construction costs and validate budgets in coordination with the finance department.
- Develop construction schedules and manage project milestones and deliverables.
- Supervise the handover of completed projects to Retail/Operations and validate the functionality of technical installations.
- Oversee and train the construction team, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
- Conduct regular meetings with internal departments and present project updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in English; Portuguese and French are advantageous.
- Availability to travel; valid driver's license.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years in construction management or a related field.
