Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine seeks a Compensation & Benefits Specialist (CDD) to join Reward EME; 3–5 yrs comp & ben experience, fluent English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage compensation surveys and salary benchmarking for headquarter populations and for selected European markets.
- Perform market and competitive benchmarks to inform salary positioning for France and other EMEA markets.
- Support HRBPs with salary proposals for external recruitment and internal mobility, ensuring market-aligned, equitable outcomes.
- Produce ad hoc compensation reporting and perform calculations for commercial bonus schemes and incentive payouts.
- Maintain, update and optimise the company Car Policy and related governance documentation.
- Contribute to benefits projects and studies (health insurance/mutuelle, provident plans/prévoyance, employee savings schemes/épargne salariale).
- Collaborate with Reward EME stakeholders and report to the Director Reward EME to implement harmonised reward practices across markets.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience in compensation and benefits, ideally within a corporate HR function or specialist consultancy.
- Proven capability running compensation surveys, market benchmarking and salary structure analyses.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience producing compensation reporting and bonus calculations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner with HRBPs and cross‑functional stakeholders in an international environment.
- Autonomous, curious and critical thinker with a pragmatic approach to project delivery.
- Familiarity with HRIS (SIRH) platforms and reward-related data processes.
- Fluent English (oral and written).

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards, with exposure to multi-market benchmarking and HRBP advisory in an international environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
