Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic compensation and benefits policies across France, Luxembourg, Monaco, and Belgium, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market benchmarks
  • Prepare and lead mandatory annual negotiations (NAO) and profit-sharing agreement renewals in partnership with employee relations teams
  • Manage insurance, protection, and retirement contracts in coordination with LVMH group brokers and consultants, ensuring continuous market monitoring and service improvement
  • Deploy Sephora's compensation processes including salary reviews, variable pay calculations, and job evaluations across head office and retail networks
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of compensation and benefits practices across all countries within scope
  • Represent the compensation function in employee dialogue bodies (Works Council/CSE) and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with personnel representatives
  • Develop and deliver compensation package offers for head office employees in France
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional compensation projects at the Europe & Middle East regional level
  • Update and evolve variable and collective compensation systems to reflect organizational needs and market conditions

Qualifications

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits within international corporations (Retail, FMCG, or Industry) or specialized consulting firms
  • Proven track record in managing mandatory annual negotiations and employee benefits in France
  • Strong expertise in multi-country compensation practices and regulatory compliance
  • Advanced proficiency with compensation systems, tools, and analytical platforms
  • Knowledge of French employment law and compliance frameworks
