Sephora Brasil hiring Compensation and Benefits Analyst in São Paulo for hybrid compensation and benefits management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update salary tables, ensuring consistency between positions, levels, salary bands, and positioning across the organization
- Support internal structure analyses by evaluating coherence between roles, scopes, responsibility levels, and grading systems
- Conduct analyses for hiring, promotions, transfers, regradings, retention initiatives, and other salary movements
- Identify potential salary distortions and recommend adjustments aligned with internal equity, external competitiveness, and governance criteria
- Support preparation, calculation, and validation of annual variable remuneration cycles including PPR and performance/merit cycles
- Conduct salary studies and comparative analyses using internal data, market references, and compensation structure impacts
- Build scenarios for salary movements, adjustments, and reviews, presenting premises, alternatives, and financial impacts for strategic decision-making
- Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking initiatives, including data collection, validation, and market positioning analysis
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of compensation databases, calculations, and related information
- Prepare controls, reports, and supporting materials for compensation processes
- Support the Compensation and Benefits Coordination team and partner departments on salary, grading, and remuneration cycle matters
- Contribute to local and global compensation projects and initiatives aligned with the role's scope
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Advanced English proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience with Mercer or Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology
- Participation in salary survey research (TRS) initiatives
- Track record of implementing compensation and benefits projects
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in compensation and benefits, remuneration management, or human resources analytics, with demonstrated expertise in salary administration, market analysis, and policy implementation.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
