Communication & Culture Coordinator at Sephora Mexico City – hybrid role designing internal communication strategies and managing organizational culture initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement internal communication and culture strategies that strengthen employee sense of belonging and promote organizational values
- Manage and enhance internal communication channels and culture initiatives including newsletters, internal systems, town halls, and events
- Develop creative campaigns and visual content for multiple internal audiences, ensuring alignment with corporate identity and clarity of organizational messages
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and business units to lead change management processes and measure communication effectiveness
- Create strategic content in Spanish and English that maintains employee engagement and communicates organizational initiatives, changes, and achievements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in internal or corporate communications
- Advanced English proficiency (required)
- Demonstrated expertise in graphic design to strengthen communication initiatives
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in planning, management, and execution of internal and external communication strategies, with demonstrated capability in managing multiple communication channels and administering media platforms in a corporate or retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related discipline.
