Sephora is recruiting a Client Performance Analyst Intern for a six-month internship starting in January 2027 in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The intern will analyze client and commercial performance across Europe, deliver actionable recommendations and reporting, and contribute to client growth, loyalty, and performance projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze client performance, purchasing behavior, and key commercial KPIs to identify growth opportunities and performance drivers across Europe.
- Translate complex data analyses into clear, actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare high-impact management presentations, scorecards, and performance reports.
- Contribute to strategic projects related to client growth, the loyalty program, and commercial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across CRM, Data, Finance, Marketing, Digital, and country teams to deliver high-value analyses.
- Identify trends, challenge performance, and propose innovative ideas to improve client performance.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at a leading business or engineering school.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to turn data into relevant business recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and comfort using data visualization tools and dashboards; Power BI is a plus.
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to solve complex business problems in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable communicating with varied stakeholders and presenting analyses clearly, in a structured and persuasive manner.
- Fluent in French and English.
