Sephora Canada — Laval: Client Experience Team Leader to lead the beauty sales floor, coach teams and drive exceptional customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise all assigned sales-floor ‘worlds’ (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, hair) and ensure consistent execution of Sephora’s sales model.
  • Coach, mentor and develop floor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets; conduct regular one-to-one feedback and performance reviews.
  • Ensure timely response to customer feedback and oversee service recovery within the assigned zone.
  • Drive adoption and proficiency in client-interaction technologies and tools across the team.
  • Support planning and execution of in-store events to meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Identify commercial opportunities on the floor and contribute to local merchandising, staffing and operational decisions to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment with comparable store volumes, or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain retail talent; track record of building high-performing frontline teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated focus on sales-driving activities and customer experience.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour.
