Sephora Canada seeks a Client Experience Team Lead in Vaudreuil‑Dorion (QC). Full‑time role, CAD 21.10–26.40/hr, overseeing sales‑floor worlds and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise all activities within an assigned sales floor ‘world’ (e.g., makeup, skincare, fragrance, haircare), ensuring consistent execution of the Sephora sales model.
- Champion exceptional customer service by coaching the team to deliver personalised, consultative client experiences and by responding promptly to customer feedback.
- Ensure team proficiency with client‑interaction technologies and tools; promote innovation in service delivery.
- Support planning and execution of in‑store events to meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide timely coaching and follow‑up, and address performance issues within the assigned area.
- Identify commercial opportunities on the sales floor and contribute to initiatives that drive revenue and conversion.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a comparable high‑volume retail environment or internal equivalent within beauty/cosmetics.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain store leaders and to train team members to achieve sales and service targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated customer‑centric approach and strong commercial acumen.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of supervisory experience in a busy retail environment, preferably within beauty or cosmetics, with demonstrated success in team development and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in retail management, business or cosmetology is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, Canada, with easy access to Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour.
