Sephora Canada in Boucherville seeks a Client Experience Team Lead to oversee the beauty floor, coach teams and drive sales and service excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise all product 'worlds' on the sales floor (e.g., beauty, skincare, fragrance, hair) for a designated store area, ensuring consistent execution of Sephora’s sales model.
  • Drive exceptional customer service by coaching team members, monitoring interactions and ensuring timely responses to customer feedback related to the assigned world.
  • Ensure team proficiency with customer‑interaction technologies and implement new tools to enhance the in‑store experience.
  • Support planning and execution of in‑store events to meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Assess team performance, deliver regular coaching and feedback, conduct follow‑ups and facilitate professional development for direct reports.
  • Recruit, attract and develop store leaders and contribute to workforce planning to optimise sales and service delivery.
  • Maintain commercial focus by identifying revenue opportunities and acting with entrepreneurial judgment to support store results.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a retail environment of comparable sales volume or equivalent internal experience at Sephora.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, developing and retaining high‑performing retail teams.
  • Strong coaching and performance‑management capability; comfortable providing timely corrective and developmental feedback.
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to translate business priorities into team actions.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour.
