Sephora Client Experience Manager position in Windsor, ON. Lead retail team, manage client experience, and drive sales performance. CAD $54,800–$68,500 annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive training for all new and existing Beauty Advisors, including orientation and selling model facilitation
  • Respond promptly to all client feedback through Medallia, service hotline, and direct interactions, addressing issues and concerns
  • Regularly serve as the Client Experience Lead on-stage, engaging with team members and clients to maximize satisfaction and sales
  • Manage all in-store events in collaboration with the Beauty Services team, ensuring appropriate staffing and planning to drive client learning and sales opportunities
  • Ensure visual merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals align with company standards, maintaining organization and managing tester and supply inventory levels
  • Execute visual merchandising updates and coordinate timely replenishment as new inventory arrives
  • Oversee vendor engagement and brand representative interactions with Beauty Advisors, providing feedback on training effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service, or equivalent internal experience
  • Proven ability to motivate and coach teams to achieve company expectations and goals
  • Demonstrated capacity to create high-performing teams and identify in-store talent for development
  • Strong composure and managerial courage to engage in difficult conversations when needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels
  • Proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel
