Role & Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive training for all new and existing Beauty Advisors, including orientation and selling model training sessions
- Respond promptly to client feedback through Sephora's feedback tools, service hotline, and direct interactions, addressing all issues and comments
- Serve regularly as the Client Experience Lead in-store, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Plan and manage all in-store events in collaboration with the Beauty Services team, ensuring appropriate staffing and maximizing client learning and sales opportunities
- Ensure merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals align with company standards; maintain cleanliness, organization, and appropriate tester and supply levels
- Execute visual merchandising updates and manage timely replenishment of new inventory
- Oversee beauty advisor engagement with all store brands and brand representatives, providing feedback on training effectiveness
- Monitor team performance metrics and motivate staff to achieve and exceed company expectations and sales goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in beauty retail, retail operations, or customer service
- Proven track record of motivating and coaching teams to achieve company expectations and goals
- Demonstrated ability to create high-performing teams and identify in-store talent for development
- Strong composure and managerial confidence to conduct difficult conversations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel

Experience
Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service, or equivalent internal experience at Sephora or related organizations.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 per annum.
