Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, including coordinator training and performance management
  • Oversee all in-store events and classes, ensuring appropriate planning, staffing, and execution to maximize client learning and sales
  • Manage the online reservation system, publish Beauty Advisor availability, and optimize the client check-in process
  • Train and develop Beauty Advisors, managing certifications and artistry skill development opportunities
  • Participate in performance management and provide timely developmental feedback to team members
  • Act as Manager on Duty throughout the store, engaging directly with Beauty Advisors and clients
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to support increased service demand and maintain elevated in-store experience standards
  • Implement technology innovations within service delivery to enhance client engagement

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar management role at a high-volume retail location
  • Proven track record in team building and identifying talented leaders capable of training and developing staff
