Beauty Advisor - Sephora, Brent Cross London. Part-time retail beauty role with training, discount, and performance commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Educate customers on makeup application techniques, skincare routines, and product benefits to enhance their experience and build confidence
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and Sephora's complete product assortment across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and exclusive brands
- Provide expert, technical product guidance rooted in strong knowledge across all beauty categories
- Drive sales through proactive customer engagement, upselling, and promotion of Sephora services and loyalty programmes
- Process transactions accurately and maintain a tidy, organized cash area at all times
- Receive, check, and organize deliveries; support stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Replenish stock promptly, ensure visually appealing product displays, and remove expired or damaged items
- Support visual merchandising updates and promotional displays that inspire and engage customers
- Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors, share best practices, and participate in team training and meetings
- Assist with new store opening activities such as unboxing, organizing, and preparing stock where applicable
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or store operations
- Strong passion for and knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance
- Experience with makeup application techniques and product knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service and personalized recommendations
- Cash handling and stock management experience
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry boxes and stand for extended periods

Experience
Experience in retail, customer service, or store operations is required. Product knowledge and application technique experience in makeup, skincare, and fragrance is highly beneficial.
