Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to educate clients and empower their beauty journeys
- Monitor trends in beauty products, techniques, and innovations to provide relevant, current advice
- Support achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Maintain store appearance through inventory management, merchandising, and upkeep of a clean, organized shopping environment
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture where all clients and team members feel valued and empowered
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming retail experience
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-facing environments
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, and current beauty trends
