Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations
- Maintain awareness of current beauty industry trends and products to provide relevant, timely advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators through exceptional client engagement
- Support inventory management, merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment

Qualifications
