Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering product advice and recommendations.
  • Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Maintain responsibility for product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
