Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm upon arrival, providing friendly and specialized service
- Identify customer needs through effective consultation and recommend appropriate products to meet their requirements
- Share expert product knowledge with customers and stay informed of market trends
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Sephora's display standards and product merchandising concepts
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions when authorized
- Participate as a motivated team member, fostering a pleasant and organized work environment
- Support inventory control and quality management; assist in loss prevention initiatives
- Complete all training modules through My Sephora Learning and actively pursue additional professional development
- Assist in training new consultants and share expertise within the team
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and adhere to LVMH's code of ethics and conduct
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service excellence with clear verbal communication
- Ability to handle and apply products to customers
- Product knowledge in beauty and skincare
- Availability and scheduling flexibility
- Adherence to professional dress code and consistent, reliable service standards
Skills
Experience
Retail experience is desirable; prior work in beauty retail is advantageous but not required for entry-level candidates.
Education
