Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience by advising on makeup, skincare, haircare and wellness products and services.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and up‑to‑date trend awareness to guide customers and support discovery across Sephora’s brand assortment.
- Promote and enrol customers in the retailer’s CRM loyalty program to enhance retention and lifetime value.
- Execute daily store operational duties including merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining visual and hygiene standards.
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing training programmes, cross‑training across departments and periodic in‑store expert sessions.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and contribute to a high‑performing retail environment, including weekend and late‑night trading.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times and support store initiatives, events and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer‑facing experience in retail (cosmetics experience advantageous).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑first attitude.
- Availability to work key trading periods, including Thursday–Sunday and occasional late nights.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and product training.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced retail setting and adapt to changing priorities.

Entry‑level role; previous retail or customer‑facing sales experience is preferred. Demonstrable interest in beauty products and trends is highly desirable.
Education
