Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute targeted internal communication plans to support adoption of new processes and technologies, tailoring messages to distinct employee audiences.
- Work closely with project teams to translate change requirements into clear, engaging communication assets for impacted staff.
- Develop and optimise adoption materials such as video tutorials, webinars, documentation and FAQs to facilitate intuitive transition to new practices.
- Support the creation and integration of learning pathways via LMS and contribute to training content development.
- Implement multi-channel engagement strategies (newsletters, intranet, events) to drive proactive tool adoption and employee engagement.
- Measure and report on communication impact and adoption KPIs, collecting user feedback and recommending iterative improvements.
- Assist in planning and running internal events that promote change adoption and cross‑functional dialogue among impacted populations.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding a Bac +4/5 (Master’s level) in Engineering, Business, Organisation/Change Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive internal content.
- Comfortable with digital content creation and basic video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Express, Powtoon).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and project coordination capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience collecting, interpreting and acting on user feedback and performance metrics.

Experience
Entry-level — suitable for students or early-career candidates. Prior internships or project experience in change management, internal communications, digital adoption or learning design is advantageous.
Education
Master’s level (Bac +4/5) in Engineering, Business, Organisation/Change Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
