Role & Responsibilities

  • Track omni-channel category performance across markets, channels, segments, margin, productivity, and stock KPIs.
  • Execute category strategies, initiatives, and merchandising programs to drive growth.
  • Monitor market trends, brand performance, and insights to identify opportunities for category optimization.
  • Develop annual brand plans, including launch calendars, sales targets, and productive assortments.
  • Lead brand onboarding and delisting processes, including forecasting, sell-in, listings, and launch execution.
  • Manage animation planning, in-store activations, digital brand/category pages, and promotional mechanics.
  • Oversee floorplan, planogram, and merchandising standards to ensure optimal brand visibility and space productivity.
  • Coordinate with supply chain on stockholding KPIs, launch deliveries, and action plans for slow-moving/discontinued SKUs.
  • Maintain and review brand agreements, trading terms, and renewal cycles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of launches, campaigns, and store openings/renovations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing

Skills

Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence Strong analytical skills and result-oriented A keen interest in the beauty industry with a flair for trends and style Excellent command of spoken and written English

Experience

A minimum of 8 years in Account or Brand Management, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
